For infra-red sauna therapy, two people may share the sauna for just $5 more per session.

 

 

To Help Us Serve You Better

New Patients

Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out the necessary paperwork or pick up the paperwork in advance. Your health history is very important.

Please allow at least an hour and a half for your appointment.

Many insurance plans cover acupuncture. Phone your insurance company for more information.

 

Please help us stay on schedule by arriving on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule it entirely.

 

Be Prepared

• Don't eat a heavy meal before or after your treatment. Light meals one hour before are okay.
• Please shower/bath before your treatment for hygienic reasons.
• If you have a cold or the flu, we advise that you wait until it subsides before coming in for a treatment.
• If you have any open sores, please report this before coming in for a treatment.
• Please do not consume alcohol before your treatment.
• Use washroom facilities while you are waiting to go into your treatment room. This not only helps us stay on schedule, but also will avoid the need to go while you are on the table.

What to Expect After a Treatment

• You may be sore. This should subside after a couple of days.
• Drink lots of water.
• A warm bath with 1 cup of Epsom salts help sore aching muscles and joints.

To avoid disappointment, we suggest that you book future treatments as soon as possible.

 

Should you need to cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hours notice, as a courtesy to those on our waiting list.
